Overview

The RSNA 2022 challenge required automated detection of cervical spine fractures in CT scan volumes, with separate binary predictions for each of the 7 cervical vertebrae plus an overall fracture label.

Task

Predicting the probability of a fracture in each of the seven cervical vertebrae, from CT scans.

Approach

EDA, translation and summary of the EfficientNetV2 paper, data preprocessing, model training, and inference. Built on a public EfficientNetV2 baseline notebook.
